Added a section for the Argentina 1899 Liberty Seated Defintiives. This series was in use between 1899 and 1909. The 5 centavos stamp is one of the most common Argentinean stamps, and the 16 centavos stamp is one of the rarest. I have a page dedicated to the watermark and another showing small and jumbo stamps caused by poor alignment of the perforations.
