"cents" Philatelic Covers

The Philatelic Exhibition covers I have come across tend to have a comprehensive selection of "cents" values. Here are quick lines to pages for the three major groups: philatelic exhibition covers, covers that are quite likely philatelic, and covers that seem to represent regular use.
This cover was mailed to Germany using the Condor Airlines service. The cover represents a complete run of all Comunes issued in 1935 between 1/2 centavo and 12 centavos. The airmail rate for this date is 1.15 Pesos.
This cover was mailed during historically significant times. Nazi Germany invaded Austria March 12, 1938, and was months away from the Munich agreement in which Germany was given Czechoslovakia, on September 30, 1938.
This cover was mailed to England approximately one month after Nazi Germany annexed Austria, and before the censorship that accompanied the war after September 1939.
This cover was mailed to California, U.S.A. 16 days after Nazi Germany annexed Austria. It is difficult to determine if this is a philatelic cover, since it does satisfy a specific rate: 20 centavos ship rate and 15 centavos registry charge.
Although not mailed to Europe, this cover was mailed during the outbreak of war in Europe. Mail within Latin American countries was not censored throughout the course of World War II.
This cover was mailed to Belgium. From the stamps used, it is likely a 1939 cover. It is difficult to determine if this is a philatelic cover, since it does satisfy a specific rate: 20 centavos ship rate.
This cover was mailed to Washington D.C., U.S.A. three months after Japan surrendered. The cover represents a complete run by denomination for 1945 between 1/2 centavo and 15 centavos, but not by specific issues.
