American Design 4 cent Chippendale Chair Definitive

The 2 cent Navajo V11111 from 2004 and the panes received in 2007 during the rate change seemed at first to be so different that there was the possibility of a reprint. A closer examination leads me to think that, although there is some plate wear for the 2007 panes dated 2004, most of the color differences can be ascribed to shifts of the yellow plate, and also to relative shifts of the other color plates.
