It bears the three typographed "cents" values on clay paper, 1cCLt, 5cCLt, and 10CLt, and the 4cGR1E, 8c1E, and 12cR1E. The 2 c, 3 c, 6 c. and 15 c. could be 1E or NGR issues. Based on how rare the 15cG1E is, I am guessing the 15c Guemes on this cover is a 15cGNGR.
