This is the paper for the 1939 printings, for which the three high values and all of the small format low values have been catalogued. The 30c, for example, has not been catalogued. The RA is large and clear. The watermark is clearer than the 1E1, the background grid is not as pronounced, and the paper is white, whereas the 1E1 is cream.
